Coop4equality is a project of social innovation that designs and promotes strategies for advancing gender equality in all areas: public policy, business, and communities.
We are experts in incorporating the gender approach intersectional human rights and public management, the organizational culture and institutional change. We are growing political complicity, we strengthen leadership with a vision of gender and open spaces for the participation of civil society.

Our projects transform structures and connect with global frameworks such as the Agenda 2030, the Beijing Platform or the New Urban Agenda.
Since 2016, more than 80 customers have trusted us. We are in Barcelona, Palma, A Coruña. We are a multidisciplinary team with leadership shared, linked in feminist networks, local and global.
